Members' perception of the level of innovation in the drug dispensing service provided by EPS Compensar at the CAF Nova Center

Abstract

In the digital era in which we find ourselves immersed, new subjectivities have been generated that require transformation in educational processes in which the teaching subject, as an essential actor within the process, sees the need to transform their practices based on the recognition of diversity. context where its students are immersed in such a way that it seeks, based on their skills and abilities, to generate alternatives that lead its students to achieve learning objectives in line with the training purpose that frames their qualification. Within this process, research assumes that special chapter that requires professionals and specialists from all areas to generate and strengthen competencies that allow them, based on scientific rigor, to respond to those questions that emerge from a problem, a phenomenon or an present need in its context or in its discipline.

The objective of the research of which this article is a part focuses on the development of digital technological resources that allow the researcher in training, especially those who cross their qualification process from virtual mediation, to have a tool that directs, accompanies and provides feedback. the methodological process of your research. This document presents the results of the diagnostic phase and requirements gathering so that from the design and analysis of the system an alternative in initial version of the software application is structured and generated that satisfies the need that is evident in the training process. of researchers through virtual mediation and in this way achieve that transcendence in the different contexts of a territory from a framework of multicultural diversity. Through a study with a qualitative approach, data was obtained from different sources that, through triangulation, allowed identifying the requirements to be kept in mind and the phases of the construction of the digital product. This study focused on higher education educational institutions that offer professional and postgraduate training programs in virtual mode, a total of 36 teachers belonging to the Three Cultures universities of Mexico and the Ibero-American University Corporation of Colombia were taken as participants.

The results obtained by the various instruments of the qualitative approach allowed, through their analysis, to identify the level of acceptance and relevance in generating a software application for methodological support in the development of research projects focused on factors such as virtual mediation., the formulation of contextualized research projects, timely feedback and access to knowledge.
