Abstract
Information and communication technologies have become one of the main instruments for the development and improvement of people’s quality of life, especially the access and use of the Internet as a tool for economic, educational and social growth. This document carries out an analysis of the 2018-2022 ICT Plan “The digital future belongs to everyone”, focusing on the identification of key points within the government policy and its compliance, according to the ministry´s management, and identifying how these politics manage to reduce the digital divide in our country.
