Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are crucial for improving business productivity, although their implementation entails risks such as complexity and cost. In Colombia, the decline in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) since Law 1508 of 2012 is due to problems of corruption and structuring. The doctrine of judicial precedent has been integrated into the Colombian legal system to unify case law. In the agricultural sector, automation promises to improve efficiency but faces barriers of knowledge and financing. Finally, in Toribio, Cauca, efforts are underway to revitalize the Nasa Yuwe language through innovative educational proposals.
